Any process that stops, prevents or reduces the frequency, rate or extent of nurse cell apoptosis. A biological process that directly contributes to the process of producing new individuals by one or two organisms. The new individuals inherit some proportion of their genetic material from the parent or parents. The complete process of formation and maturation of an ovum or female gamete from a primordial female germ cell. Examples of this process are found in Mus musculus and Drosophila melanogaster. Any process that is carried out at the cellular level, but not necessarily restricted to a single cell.
