| Comments: | FRET analysis of hCog3p-hCog6p and hCog3p-Syntaxin6 putative interaction in vivo. HeLa cells stably expressing YFP-hCog3p were transfected with the plasmid encoding CFP-hCog6p (A) or CFP-Syntaxin6 (B). 24 h after transfection, interaction between CFP-tagged molecules and YFP-hCog3p was analyzed by the FRET protocol using a confocal microscope. CFP signal before and after YFP bleaching (n = 3) was calculated for the Golgi subregion (square). Red dotted line is a baseline of CFP signal before YFP-hCog3 bleaching. |
